🚧 From Dirt to Dream Home... It Begins! 🚧

Yesterday, JB, Bri, and I had the opportunity to participate in the official groundbreaking ceremony for the MOBA Street of Dreams 2027 Street of Dreams at Blondo Point in Elkhorn.

Standing on the future event site and taking in these incredible views made it all feel real. In just over a year, this hilltop will be transformed into one of the most anticipated luxury home tours in the Midwest—and we're honored that an Art of a Craftsman home will be part of it.

This project represents so much of what we love: creative design, exceptional craftsmanship, and the opportunity to build something truly special.

And yes... Bri even traded her computer in for a hard hat and shovel for the morning. 😄👷‍♀️

Over the coming months, we'll be sharing behind-the-scenes updates, design decisions, progress photos, and sneak peeks as our 2027 Street of Dreams home comes to life.

There’s a reason we say “HOME” instead of “HOUSE.”

A house starts with concrete, dirt, noise, long days, muddy boots, and a whole lot of moving pieces. But somewhere in the middle of all that chaos… a home begins to take shape.
Today at Ritz Lake, the slab is being poured while JB is backfilling and crews are moving in every direction. To most people, it looks like construction. To us, it’s the beginning of future lake days, family dinners, quiet mornings on the patio, and memories that haven’t happened yet.
That’s the difference between building a house and building a home. 🤍
