Ben Lortz framing is complete! Due to rain and mud we are able to put the siding in Ben’s way on the concrete. We are lucky he is the kind of client who doesn’t mind if we hunt mushrooms on his property while he is out of town! Looks like he is getting his drains set and foam is ready to go in for heated floor, before he pours the concrete floor. Ben set the concrete wall pans by himself and pulled them all the same way. Impressive for any individual. Have a great Monday everybody!

While preserving the structure and character of the original building, we brought a new chapter to a space known for its history!
Grateful for the opportunity to bring this project to life and proud of the transformation.

Ben lortz is getting a new garage! He has a loft above that is 24 x 24 and enough space in the back for his family to shoot baskets. Stay tuned for final product.

The custom shelves and hanging rod are in the closet, design by Abbey. The dishwasher is in, washer/dryer is in and the upstairs apartment is ready. A tenant is moving in this week. The plastic cover for the stairs is installed! The hand rail is done and we thank all the people who participated to get this thing up to s***f!! Bob Cook was here today to give it his blessing and razz me. Have a great day everyone!!

A building in Stuart, Iowa, once targeted by Bonnie and Clyde, is being revitalized by a local couple to preserve its historical significance.

Abbey and bob cook having a meeting if the minds. I hope they find a way to make it all work!! Bonnie and Clyde are watching, it better be good.
Bob isn’t sure he likes it and wants it all to come down and start over.

Stuart bank is harder to rob than it has been for awhile. Windows/doors are going in.
Randy has to mull the huge ones in the field, which is not easy! Tj is getting the whole thing on video. Thanks to city of Stuart, Matt funk and abbey duncan for making all the effort to bring this one together. Mark Devilbiss will be coming in for brick install soon. We will see how Bonnie and Clyde handle that! Also thanks to Main Street coffee shop for excellent lunches and coffee snacks!
