There is nothing better than taking an old space and making it new.

The subfloor and toilet fl**ge in this bathroom were in need of repairs. I started by cutting out the rotted subfloor and redoing the toilet fl**ge to the correct height. After that it was new flooring, baseboard trim, and a fresh coat of paint.

I love cabinets.

I used to build a variety of cabinets and furniture back when I worked for Back Cove Yachts. Building the galley cabinet was always my favorite part. I loved all the moving parts that you have to install and adjust.

I've been waiting to post these pictures but wanted to wait until it was completed. I designed, built, and installed these base cabinets. This project seemed daunting at first but I was able to lean on the foundations I learned while boat building and I think the results speak for themselves.
