🌲 Climber / Foreman/Tree Service worker – Loyal Tree Care Inc.
Location: Eugene, Oregon & surrounding areas
Pay: DOE ($25–$40/hr based on experience)

🎯 Overview:
We’re looking for a tree climber who can also lead a small crew with safety, speed, and professionalism. This person must be confident in both climbing and managing day-to-day jobsite flow.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform tree removals, pruning, and rigging using ropes, harnesses, and saws ect…
• Lead the crew on-site to complete work safely and efficiently
• Make basic safety assessments and enforce PPE use
• Communicate clearly with the owner and customers when needed
• Coordinate clean-up, equipment use, and jobsite setup/breakdown
• Train and guide ground workers on best practices
• Conduct pre-job safety briefings and post-job reviews

✅ Requirements:
• climbing experience (spurs, DdRT/SRT, removals, pruning)
• leadership and communication skills
• Able to safely use chainsaws, rigging gear, and other tools
• Reliable transportation to meet at the shop
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable leading jobs solo or with support

💪 Bonus if you have:
• ISA certification or formal arborist training
