This one has been interesting. Installing CertainTeed cedar impressions over concrete filled block. This will get a nice 2" aluminum clad trim. 3/4" insulation board glued , in between what are 5/4 nailers installed with ramset loads and tapcons....also adhered with glue. She'll be pretty when she's done. We did the roof here. Christopher J Manning North Jersey Gutter Service on that gutter and soffit work.

Here we are moving along. This is a custom home in Hopatcong. Laguna blue double 4 5" dutchlap....HI R insulation board, beautiful siding. Wide trim on all windows, bang bang....we're still rolling, right through Dec and into Jan. We're booking our spring schedule now , anyone looking to side, in the spring this is the time to set it up.

We've been going nonstop on roofs. , as well as siding and windows, doors and trim. This is desert rose , OC durations, with a matching Liberty low slope. We love Owen's Corning duration AR because, they have nailstrip technology, 25 years warranty against algae growth, among other things. As you shop roofs ask your contractors if the shingles they're selling have nailstrip technology. ....Noone beats our numbers. And attention to detail and protection of your home. So this home , is actually an old rangers cabin , deep in the woods of Montague. We wanted to keep the old charm and make the exterior maintenance free at the same time. So that is what we did. This is a Royal woodland panel , double 4 5 colonial In heritage blue. All wide trim , love it. Bang bang...see ya in the spring to finish that lower porch up

We haven't posted in a few, we've been very busy, as always. This home came out amazing though. All new Andersen 400 windows and doors, black sashes , cross grids. Ascend board and batten, which along with our insulation board is 1" thick insulation. We did a wide trim on the windows and transitions. Azec around the door jams , now we move on to a nice trex transcend deck and railing system. Bang bang....484 550 0117...give a call for any of your exterior reno needs. We're booked into Dec on siding and windows, but any roof we can do within 2 weeks, but yall know......we never stop.

She's coming along, all new Andersen 400 black exterior/ white composite inside, New Thermatrue double sidelight door with touch screen entry, Ascend laguna blue 12" board and batten, 3.5 " aluminum clad wood trim on all doors and windows + the separation strip.
