We're thrilled to share our new name with you!

Due to overwhelming demand, we're delighted to announce our return.

Following a time of much prayer and discernment, God has graciously opened the door for us to re-enter the business world with a renewed approach. Our primary mission is to serve God's people by coaching and mentoring those He places in our path.

God has shown us that effective ministry requires financial resources. Assisting those in need and providing necessary resources demands funding. Therefore, our aim is to conduct business as a ministry. All profits will be channeled into supporting the ministries of Rooted Deeply Inc. and Men of God.

We have faith that God will bless American Property Solutions, thus supplying the means to sustain these ministries.

Commercial installations, yes we do!

In this project we added a sustainable option for retaining mulch for the playground.

Most contractors will use pressure treated wood. We use sustainable products that won’t rot or deteriorate.

Rock vs Mulch

Does anyone know why we use rock in landscape beds around a pool vs mulch?

Mulch is lighter in weight and can be transferred by wind and rain into your pool clogging up your pool drain.

Variegated plants. Who knew that variegated plants in their differing nature can grow in full sun and full shade?
What’s sets apart from the “average” guy is knowledge. We have been in the landscape world for 23 years. We have the experience it takes to know what plant material to use in what environment. Certain plants want sun while others like shade. Certain plants like “wet feet” while others prefer a dry environment. Some plants want to be watered daily yet need to dry out each day as well.
All of these things must be considered when designing a landscape project.

Landscaping! Nothing polishes off a residence like landscaping. It’s the lipstick that just sets it off.
Here at we design every project in house. We hand select all of our plant materials. We take the extra care to set ourselves apart. We treat your property as if it was our own.
What you will also notice is that we do not use plain landscape materials. We use unique l plants that also set our projects apart. We are not your average landscape contractor!

Drainage is extremely important in Florida. With our seasonal rains it is extremely important to quickly move the water away from your residence to prevent any flooding, ponding water (that breeds mosquitoes) and water damage.
There are many ways to tackle this project. If water is an issue on your property schedule a time that we can come out and assess your needs.

Pavers create space that have a multitude of uses. As you can see on this most recent project they create outdoor spaces to sit, store items and additional parking.
You also may notice there is a walkway around the pool enclosure. This is multipurpose. It creates a way to not trample the turf while also cutting down on the dirt that splashes through the screen onto the pool deck hence keeping the pool deck cleaner.

Final stages of this pool project.

Thank you to Odom Custom Pools for an amazing product. Their professionalism and customer service is second to none. It was a pleasure to work with them on this project.

Next we will complete the deck and add surface drains for rain collection.
