Training the mechanics from other shops again today. I found the opportunity to pull a pump off a Honda power washer that was very low on oil and water leaked into it causing lock up. Tearing it down, looking over the main issue, explaining what to look for in pump failure and showing them how to replace bearings and seals. Granted it did not need put back together, but it can be much easier to visualize as it’s being broken down than learn from a piece of paper and get nowhere.
