Job Description
Full service landscape and lawn maintenance company looking for a long term, highly motivated, hardworking, detailed oriented employee to join our growing team.

REQUIRED:

· At least 2+ years’ experience in the landscape and lawn maintenance industry

· A basic knowledge of lawn maintenance, plant material, planting technics, pruning skills, basic equipment operation.

· Willing to work 50+ hours and Saturdays (if needed) during the season.

· Have reliable transportation to and from office.

· Be able to lift 50lbs and push heavy equipment.

· Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.

· Have to work well with others (team player).

PREFERRED:

· Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI’s in past five years)

· Fertilization and pesticide application license and skills

· General mechanical knowledge

· Operation of heavy equipment (backhoe, skid steer, etc.)

· A working knowledge of hardscape and landscape installation.
