I have always admired people who were able to turn a basic cake and icing into a beautiful work of art. I decided that I was going to figure out how the cakes were created and bought my very first set of decorating tips. That first step was what brought me to where I am currently. I am now making my own works of art for people to celebrate their special occasions! Not only must the cakes be show p

ieces, but the taste must match the appearance. All my cakes and frostings are homemade, as well as the fondant. I take the time to sketch my idea for the cake and describe the details so my thoughts and the customer's expectations are met.
