I'm looking for someone to join my cleaning team!

I'm looking for someone who's detail-oriented, has common sense, isn't afraid to get dirty, and is willing to work into the evening if needed. This job is manual labor, so you need to be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. We work hard, but we also work together as a team.

Cleaning isn't easy, and it's definitely not for everyone. I'm not looking for someone who's just looking for a paycheck—I'm looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is willing to learn, and isn't afraid to ask questions.

✨ No experience? That's okay! I'd rather train someone with a great attitude and strong work ethic than someone who thinks they already know everything.

📍 Service Area: Iron Range
🕒 Hours: Vary depending on the number of houses scheduled each week.
💵 Weekly pay – Commission starts at 15%.
✅ Background check required.
