As the heat is now upon us. My days are getting filled with breakdowns, I regret to inform you that maintenances at this point are now on a wait list and will get to if my schedule opens up. Also, the maintenance rate is now increased to $180 during this time of year. Also please note if your system isn't operating quite that good, chances are it's in need of more than just a standard maintenance. I'm sorry if this is not acceptable to some, as I am an owner/ operator I have to prioritize my clients s that are in need of repairs over maintenances.

After a few energy drinks to help speed things along, I was ready to install this air filtration system on my clients home to help filter out our nasty valley air. Merv 16 filtration with minimal air flow loss unlike the standard 1" filters. Bonus is that it can last up to 12 months before filter changing is required. They will be adding the filter changes to the annual maintenance. This paired with a whole home/in duct ionizer, they will be breathing great clean air while in their home now!

Diagnosed a bad control board. Others would have replaced and cost you $$$ I will repair and slap a warranty onto it. Saved this customer money and downtime of ordering a new board!

This is why you trust me as your service provider, I will always provide video of the diagnosis "upon request" (sometimes I forget my meta glasses and need a reminder) but you'll always get a link to a photo album of my service done to your systems.

A 3 year old system leaving a homeowner cold and uncomfortable. This was a tricky one, these newer system boards are full on computer type motherboard controlled and operated. A bad communication signal from the vacuum transducer, because of condensation backing up. This resulted in the hot surface igniter to short cycle without causing the board to display an error.

I always stress getting maintenance done annually on new systems, this would have been prevented. Not to forget the extra wear on the starting procedure components.

Don't slack on the older system maintenance as well, you do not want the newer and more expensive junk equipment that is being installed right now. Preventing or finding these little issues early will help keep that better built equipment alive.
