30x35 gabled roof patio cover

Left bay is 11’ right bay is 24’ so the middle post wasn’t in front of the back door. (Eave trim would normally go on the front but this specific cover is getting sheeted on the front wall eventually.

Built to last with:

•12” I beam trusses (2 on 12 pitch)
• 1/4” 4x4 columns
• 8” purlin

Customers porch started sagging due to the old posts rotting. We replaced the wooden posts with 14 gauge 4x4 steel columns and raised the porch level again.

I charge $170 per post to replace wood and re level porches with steel! Never worry about rotting wood again!
