Much cleaner appearance for this Exterior Repaint
A few before and after pictures...
Rotten wood places fixed, lots of old phone line removed, power washed, front porch posts raised and added some water passege brackets at the bottom to keep them from rotting and then re trimed, new weather strip for the doors added, and finished up with a solid paint job

Power washed and prepped. A few bad places in the wood to fix/replace and we should be painting tomorrow!

2 sided double wide, porches, deck and ramp sealed and stained with a natural color.

A few repairs and a touch up paint, makes a little cleaner apperance. Repainted all the brown and touched up the body. Lots of prep srcaped back what was peeling on the doors primed, peel stopped and repainted, lots of holes and cracks caulked but worth it to get this one looking better
