Tackling an overdue basement renovation can totally transform your underused space into a cozy extension of your home. Here we started by giving the bathroom a facelift. (new tile, toilet, vanity and accessories.) We then took out a partition wall, and demoed the existing tile. Finally, by installing new flooring, trim and painting throughout, the space has been transformed into a beautiful new basement living area.

Check out this soft and cozy renovation we did for our client's guest bedroom. ☁️

To accommodate the bathroom expansion in our previous post, we closed the small, existing linen closet in this bedroom and built a larger closet with custom storage. Plus, a new fresh look!

➡️Existing closet closed (sheetrocked, taped and spackled) for bathroom expansion
