Expecting severe weather and high winds, hail possibly up to 4" in diameter. Also unfortuantly a good setup for tornado risks depending on your area. It was a rough winter, and all that snow really did a number on the roads. If you factor in the cost to plow and salt, then add in what it may cost to repair all the potholes after the freeze-thaw cycle, the Michigan Department of Transportation says it was one of the most expensive winters in the last 20 years.
