Had to cut fire code sheetrock and double it up on fire proof drop ceiling tiles to meet code requirements and fire caulk & fire foam around all piping and seams. Inspector was a tough guy to deal with on this one

Reframed and raised this deck 5" so it sat under the pool cap correctly, and redecked it and all new railings (at my house)

Quick little bathroom remodel, was wall paper and linoleum before, surround was acrylic painted and skimmed walls & ceiling and fresh paint and new everything else

This was the worst vanity install ever, this 72" unit came as a 1 piece unit and had to go through the window on the 2nd floor because of the 2 sets of spiral stairs we couldn't get it up so we slid it on a make-shift ramp we built up to the window with a come-along lol and wasn't a scratch on it afterwards

Another butcher block counter & island job with farmers sink, and once again 32" farmers sink in a 30" sink base, tight squeeze lol

Butcher block counters I built and customer had to have this undermount sink so I made it work as a top mount, mind you it's a 31" sink in a 30" sink base any real Carpenter will know what was involved lol

Sunroom & pergola build from extremely non effecient leaky old crank out windows to now its airtight and opened up inside to the outside when it's nice out, custom built double window over sliders for extra light and had to tapper the pergola framing from 6 3/4 to the full 7 1/4 using 8s to clear the windows. Alot of things where added later..lol also privacy fencing on each end of yard

Quick broken & cracked concrete porch I cut out the high spots and framed over with all actual trex and azek not the cheap store brand junk

Trash & recycling bin I built along with 6 custom basement window wells I handmade because of the square opening. They don't make square window well covers.
