This existing patio had approximately 18 pieces of slate that were loose, also a lot of joints were cracked allowing water to enter. Going through the winter with freezing/thawing causes the stones to pop loose. Well we set all the stones that needed setting, cut out all the joints with our chop saw and repointed the entire patio. Pressure washing/sealing is next. This baby will be like new and last another 20 years.
