🌧️ Rain Alert – Quick Tip to Prevent Ceiling Damage 🌧️

With the heavy rain expected, keep an eye on your ceilings today and tonight. If you notice a bulge or water spot forming, that means water is collecting above the drywall.

A quick tip that can help limit damage:

🔧 Carefully poke a small hole in the center of the bubble and let the water drain into a bucket. This relieves the pressure and can prevent the drywall from spreading damage across seams or collapsing.

Waiting too long can cause the water to travel along tape seams and larger sections of drywall, turning a small repair into a much bigger one.

If you notice water stains, ceiling bubbles, or any signs of a leak, address it early to minimize repairs.
