Hydro-Tech Well Drilling LLC in Warsaw is hiring now! Full time positions available for well drilling assistant and pump installer.

Must have a clean driving record!!!

Some job duties include: assisting in well drilling and well construction, shoveling by hand, handling drilling supplies, driving non CDL trucks with trailer and trucks that require a CDL, operating excavating equipment to trench waterlines, some plumbing, and basic electrical hook-ups. Experience with any of the job duties is a plus, but not required. We offer on the job training.

Starting pay is negotiable with experience. We offer paid holidays, vacation time, PTO days, with health and retirement benefits available.

Must have a clean driving record, and a willingness to work hard in year round weather conditions. Requires physical strength for heavy lifting at times.

OUTDOOR LABORER POSITION AVAILABLE. We have full time, part time and as needed positions available. Must have valid drivers license with acceptable driving record, good work ethics, and the willingness to work hard at a fast pace. Must be willing to work outside year round.
CDL and experience with excavating equipment a plus, but not required.
Some job duties include:
-shoveling
-operating excavating equipment
-plumbing
-pump install and repair
-assisting with well drilling

Pay starting at $18 and up depending on experience. Paid weekly.
We offer paid holidays, PTO, a retirement plan, and insurance incentives.

No experience necessary, will train the right person.
