New windows, LVP flooring on porch, trim, paint, gutter, and storm door.
This poor customer had to fire the previous contractor, who was doing a horrible job, taking forever and really making things worse than fixing it after a storm caused damage to their lake house.
Well now its fixed and looking sharp. 😉

New lvp flooring and baseboards I stain matched in this little lake house, had to replace a couple pieces of subflooring, and instead of putting the railing back in they want me to build them a custom bar that will slide over the staircase going to the basement. 😁
