How to make simple tomato noodles at home?
Fresh tomatoes, eggs, and a rich, flavorful sauce come together so well.
An easy, comforting dish you’ll want to make again and again.

📝 Ingredients
• 3 tomatoes
• 3 eggs
• 5 cloves garlic (adjust to taste)
• A little parsley (or green onions)
• 220g dried noodles (or pasta)



🍳 Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook until just set. Remove and set aside.
2. Add a little more oil, then sauté the garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they release their juices.
4. Add 1–2 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp white pepper. Mix well.
5. Add the larger tomato chunks and stir to combine. If the noodles aren’t ready yet, turn off the heat and wait.
6. Turn to low heat. Add the cooked noodles (about 70–80% done, 2–3 minutes less than package instructions) and toss well.
7. Add the eggs and mix everything together.
8. Finish with chopped parsley. Add a little black pepper before serving, if you like.

How to make garlic butter fried rice that smells absolutely amazing.
Golden garlic, rich butter, and perfectly separated rice — every bite is packed with flavor.
Simple ingredients, incredible results.

Ingredients
• 3 eggs
• 350g cooked rice (preferably day-old rice)
• 50g garlic (half sliced, half minced)
• 30g chopped green onions
• 15g butter
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
• 1/8 tsp(A few drops)dark soy sauce
• Neutral oil for cooking



Instructions
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little neutral oil.
2. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until just set. Remove and set aside.
3. Add 15g butter to the pan and let it melt.
4. Reduce to low heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook slowly until golden.
5. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
6. Turn the heat back to medium. Add the 350g rice and the cooked eggs. Break up the rice and toss well.
7. Season with salt, black pepper, light soy sauce, and a few drops of dark soy for color. Stir to combine.
8. Add the chopped green onions and toss for about 10–15 seconds, just until aromatic.
9. Serve immediately.

রুই মাছ ভুনায় দিন MAGGI স্বাদ-এ ম্যাজিক যা আপনার রোজকার রান্নায় আনবে দারুণ স্বাদ!

উপকরণ পরিমাণ
১। MAGGI স্বাদ-এ ম্যাজিক ১ প্যাকেট
২। রুই মাছ ৬ পিস
৩। পেঁয়াজ কুচি ৩ টে. চামচ
৪। আদা বাটা ১ চা-চামচ
৫। রসুন বাটা ১ চা-চামচ
৬। ধনে গুঁড়া ১/২ চা-চামচ
৭। জিরা গুঁড়া ১/২ চা-চামচ
৮। হলুদ গুঁড়া ১ চা-চামচ
৯। মরিচ গুঁড়া ১ চা-চামচ
১০। লবণ পরিমাণমতো
১১। তেল ৪ টে. চামচ
১২। পানি পরিমাণমতো
১৩। টমেটো ৪ টুকরা
১৪। কাঁচামরিচ ২টি

প্রস্তুত প্রণালি:
১। রুই মাছ ১/২ চা-চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়া, ১/২ চা-চামচ মরিচ গুঁড়া ও সামান্য লবণ দিয়ে মেখে ভেজে নিন।
২। অন্য একটি প্যানে তেল গরম করে পেঁয়াজ কুচি ভেজে নিন।
৩। পেঁয়াজ হালকা ভাজা হয়ে গেলে আদা বাটা, রসুন বাটা, হলুদ গুঁড়া, মরিচ গুঁড়া, ধনে গুঁড়া, জিরা গুঁড়া, লবণ ও সামান্য পরিমাণ পানি দিয়ে কষিয়ে নিন।
৪। কষানো হলে মাছ ও পরিমাণমতো পানি দিয়ে ঢেকে মাছ সেদ্ধ হওয়া পর্যন্ত রান্না করুন।
৫। নামানোর ২-৩ মিনিট আগে MAGGI স্বাদ-ম্যাজিক দিয়ে মিশিয়ে নিন।
৬। টমেটো ও কাঁচামরিচ দিয়ে দিন।
৭। ঝোল থেকে তেল উপরে উঠে আসলে নামিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন।

2. Rui fish – 6 pieces
3. Chopped onion – 3 tbsp
4. Ginger paste – 1 tsp
5. Garlic paste – 1 tsp
6. Coriander powder – ½ tsp
7. Cumin powder – ½ tsp
8. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
9. Chili powder – 1 tsp
10. Salt – to taste
11. Oil – 4 tbsp
12. Water – as needed
13. Tomato – 4 pieces
14. Green chilies – 2

Preparation Method:
1. Marinate the Rui fish with ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp chili powder, and a pinch of salt, then fry lightly.
2. In another pan, heat oil and sauté the chopped onions.
3. Once the onions turn light golden, add ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and a little water. Cook (bhuna) well.
4. When the spices are well cooked, add the fish and enough water. Cover and cook until the fish is done.
5. 2–3 minutes before turning off the heat, add MAGGI Shaad-e Magic and mix well.
6. Add tomato pieces and green chilies.
7. Once the oil rises to the top, remove from heat and serve.

৩। প্যানে তেল গরম করে ম্যারিনেট করা মাছগুলো মাঝারি আঁচে ২ পিঠ ভালোভাবে ভেজে নিন।
৪। গরম গরম সার্ভিং প্লেটে পরিবেশন করুন।
