Fresh of the presses! Our is complete and we have some Ah-MAZING shots to share. This whole- home renovation re-envisioned a historic 1930s home in Arlington. We tore down walls and undid years of bad additions to create an open and airy modern concept for this young family —all while keeping the 1930s charm.

Bold verdant greens throughout in wallpaper, custom upholstery, and whimsical wallpapers tie the main floor together. Neutrals and soft blues ground the more private spaces of the office and primary suite.

Such a happy space! The wallpaper, the massive island, the gorgeous custom table, the walnut coffee bar, the fun fabrics and prints and cool desk pullouts in the custom cabinet for homework time! This space is everything for this busy young family. What’s not to love?!?

This main floor remodel really amped up the functionality and style without adding any additional square footage. Cozy furnishings and desk pullouts make the family room a flexible space for kids and adults.

It’s so easy to fall in love with this kitchen. . . We turned a dated 2000s space into a beautiful and calm hub for this busy family. We stripped away all of the excessive moldings and re-used the existing layout but with a larger island for an enhanced workspace.

✨ Streamlined cabinetry with increased functionality,
✨ Beautiful creamy white and stained wood finishes
✨ Modern appliances, including an induction range
✨ Brass and wood accents in lighting, plumbing, cabinet hardware, and furnishings
✨New and refinished hardwoods throughout the whole main level for visual flow between the open concept
