Property needed some serious love - peeling paint, crack in ramp walkway, and previous concrete patch falling apart.

Drywall repair - two day repair.
1 day to install, plaster and finish drywall.
1 day to sand prime and paint.
Customer was extremely happy!

Living room + Kitchen in this beautiful penthouse near Adams Morgan. Floors were screened and finished with Bona Mega ONE Satin. These floors are now properly protected and can last for years to come.
