Presenting, a collection of delightful, handcrafted papier-mâché and wood mirrors. artist first developed the work in 1995. Simple designs with exciting palettes of intense colors with plain & patterned colored paper. Respectful of the environment, the papier-mâché is made from discarded newspaper. Other recycled elements are used to decoupage the mirrors as well. The active colors stir the imagin

ation and bring energy into any room. The work is created blending the contemporary with the ancient technique of papier-mâché and inspired by the Mayan culture. A signed artist statement is adhered to back of each piece. These sophisticated works of art add unique creativity to a child’s room from the crib to college. Too, the mirrors accent foyers, hallways and office spaces nicely and make wonderful housewarming gifts. You will enjoy sharing these work as much as I have enjoyed creating them.
