PMGL showed up at McKinley Technology HS for Career Day and it was nothing short of inspiring.

We spent a half-day with some incredibly bright and curious students answering questions, sharing our journey, and giving real insight into what we do in construction, facilities, and business ownership.

The energy in the room was unmatched. So many inquisitive minds thinking about their future and asking the right questions.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. It’s bigger than the work it’s about impact, exposure, and opening doors.

This Hillcrest home was thoughtfully transformed from a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house into a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home. The basement was redesigned into a full separate in-law suite, creating additional space and flexibility for guests or extended family.

Demo is more than tearing things down — it’s strategy.

This was an original 1-bedroom condo in DC that we’re converting into a 2-bedroom layout. Before any framing goes up, the demo has to be precise.

Every wall removed, every opening created, and every structural element exposed must be intentional. One wrong cut can compromise flow, structure, or future inspections.

That’s why we take the time to demo the right areas, in the right sequence, to make the new layout effective, functional, and code-compliant.

New aluminum fence and electric gate reader installed for DC Department of Public Works (DPW) in Washington, DC.

This type of fence is complex to install and requires precise layout, alignment, and coordination—but it’s preferred for a reason. Aluminum fencing is lighter, more durable, corrosion-resistant, and built to perform long-term in high-use environments.

Paired with secure access controls, this installation delivers both function and reliability for daily operations. Built to last. Installed the right way.

What we thought was a small leak caused by faulty siding turned into something much bigger.

After opening the wall, it became clear the entire rear elevation needed to be carefully torn down. We methodically removed the existing siding, installed new plywood sheathing and insulation, addressed the underlying issues, and then reinstalled the siding to restore both function and appearance.

Sometimes the real work is what’s hidden behind the walls — and that’s where experience matters.
Grateful for the trust and the opportunity to do it the right way, not the easy way. 🏠🔨

Day and night, through tight working hours, our team stayed committed to delivering with precision.

We fabricated the iron fence and sliding gate from scratch, ensuring a sturdy, seamless continuation of the existing fence system at the Iraq Embassy. Every detail was measured, welded, and installed to match the strength, function, and appearance of what was already in place.
