Ingredients:

• 6 sheets phyllo dough
• ¼ cup melted butter or olive oil
✅ For the Spinach & Ricotta Filling:
• 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
• ½ cup ricotta cheese
• ¼ cup feta cheese (crumbled, optional)
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional, for depth)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
✅ For Garnish:
• Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
• Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Spinach & Ricotta Filling
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
2️⃣ Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
3️⃣ Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then mix in ricotta, feta, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 2: Make the Phyllo Cups
4️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
5️⃣ Brush a muffin tin with butter or oil.
6️⃣ Cut phyllo sheets into squares (about 4x4 inches).
7️⃣ Layer 2-3 squares per cup, brushing each layer lightly with melted butter.
