Lots of hours into this project!

We took out 4 different cement footings and added all new framing with fence and gates down the center of the building. This entire job was custom built inside the building, including the gates. We will go in later on and add a working facility.

Sweetser Fencing, located in Washington, Kansas, is currently looking for a full time, skilled individual to join our team. We build custom pipe and barbed wire fence across Kansas and Nebraska.

Qualifications:
* Valid U.S. Driver’s License
* Construction or fencing experience preferred
* Must have transportation to work
* Applicant will be required to pass a drug test

Skills required include:
* strong work ethic
* willingness to learn
* ability to lift over 50lbs
* strong communication
* welding experience
* punctuality
* ability to operate appropriate tools and equipment

Pay will be based off of prior experience.

Finished this job in Chapman, Ks a couple days ago. This is a new style of brace we are using called a Rance. They are stronger than a traditional H-brace. This will allow us to build a fence without digging holes or using concrete, saving our customers money.
