Hi Everyone, I’m Cohen Hannaman,
Owner of High Idle Landscaping LLC
Hey Wasilla, Alaska! I’m Cohen Hannaman. I own and operate High Idle Landscaping LLC right here in my hometown of Wasilla, Alaska.
You’ve probably seen me around: in vehicles with the business logo, running ads, or on job sites. But I wanted to take a moment to personally introduce myself.
I was born and raised here, driven by curiosity, creativity, and a serious work ethic. From fixing up cars to always having a job even at the youngest age, I’ve always loved figuring out how things work.
At 18, I joined the local 302 heavy equipment operators union. I met incredible people, and most of those older guys on the job site had a lot of wisdom to share and taught me everything I know now and I learned something that stuck with me: everyone deserves a seat at the table. That idea is now the heart of High Idle Landscaping — where trust, honesty, and integrity are going to make sure your property is left better than before.
My very first job? Helping the neighbor remove trash and open up some of his land. I still remember telling my dad how happy I was! Not because of the money but because I was able to complete a job and have someone put trust into me.
Today, High Idle Landscaping is looking to push the name even more and create a skilled local team taking on tough jobs with creativity, integrity, and hometown pride. We have proudly expanded our services to:
