Looking for a Carpenter/Skilled Tradesman
Company: Pyramid Maintenance Management
Location: Services the MATSU and Anchorage area (possible travel as needed).
Pay: $30ā$35 per hour, DOE

About the Role
Weāre hiring a skilled carpenter and all-around tradesperson for residential remodels, maintenance, crawlspace and attic work, mold abatement, and the full range of home repairs.
This is a hands-on role with real room to grow. The right person will take ownership of their work and, over time, could step into a leadership position running crews.
What Youāll Be Doing
- Carpentry and general construction on residential/commercial remodels and repairs
- Routine and emergency maintenance
- Crawlspace and attic work (repairs, insulation, v***r barriers, etc.)
- Mold abatement and related remediation work
- Troubleshooting and fixing a wide variety of home issues
- Working independently or alongside the crew as needed
- Communicating clearly with homeowners and the office
- Growing into mentoring others and eventually leading crews
What Weāre Looking For
- Solid carpentry skills and real residential experience
- True jack-of-all-trades mindset ā comfortable with a wide range of tasks
- Willing and able to work in crawlspaces, attics, and less-than-glamorous conditions
- Experience with (or willingness to learn) mold abatement
- Electrical and Plumbing experience is highly desirable
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
- Someone who fits well with a close-knit, family-run crew
- Interest in growing into a leadership role
- Valid driverās license and reliable transportation
- Your own tools (we can discuss details)
