Small leak. Big damage. 🚽 Water from this leaking toilet rotted two layers of subfloor. We rebuilt it from the ground up and gave this bathroom a fresh new look. Don’t wait—small leaks only get more expensive over time.

Small but cozy lake cottage retreat. Originally built with a traditional plywood ceiling, the owners wanted to explore a more open and modern look. After removing the ceiling and finishing the exposed joists in black, the transformation was incredible—making the space feel larger while keeping its cottage charm. Combined with removing the original 70's glue-down carpet and installing new flooring, the difference is night and day. The owners were so impressed they decided to carry the same design upstairs.

Removed the plywood ceiling and applied a black finish. Currently working on installing new floors and completing other minor fixes.
