Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside--air fryer baked potatoes are the weeknight win you didn't know you needed. Skip the oven, cut the time, and load them up with all your favorites. Easy, fast, and perfectly golden every time. Simply rub 2-4 potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with Kosher salt. Air fry on 400 F flipping once until tender, between 30-45 minutes depending on the size of the potato.

A quenelle is a smooth, oval-shaped scoop of soft food usually formed using two spoons. The technique creates a three-sided, football-like shape with tapered ends and a clean, elegant finish. It's commonly used for ice cream or sorbet, mousses, mashed potatoes, pate, or soft cheeses. The word comes from French cuisine, where a quenelle can also refer to a specific dumpling traditionally made with fish or meat.
