Customer had a central a/c put in and the window and wall units had to go. I told the customer you won’t be able to tell it was there. I think I stuck by my word. Only catch was the siding. Ended up getting white and paint to match. That central a/c felt great once the holes were covered up.

I am a door man before anything. I have done so many doors in my career I have began to love them.
This one, the customer stated it never was right. Old door was installed years ago and it never sealed from weather and acutally cause the flooring in the room to rot. I told customer there is no reason for the door leaking other then how it was installed. She didn’t seem to believe me until I brought her new door to her and put it in. Now she has no issues with leaks. Folks most doors if they are leaking either have shifted, Due to bad installation or shifted due to house movement. Either way if your door leaks please do not hesitate to shoot me text and I come check it out. Some doors need to be replaced. Some just need a little tlc and they are back to working order. This one was a full replacement. Replace a wood frame metal door with a vinyl frame fiberglass door. Much better for this opening anyways.

Termites never end. Customer said her laundry room floor seemed weak and bouncy upon further inspection there were termite,alive, between the layers of old floor and the plywood. Had to bring it all the way down to joists. Scab in new wood to support the bad area in the joists. Lay all new subfloor and lay in new floor tiles. These particular tiles are vinyl laminated click lock flooring. Highly recommend it you have a really nice level floor.
I do almost anything y’all. If I haven’t done it I will tell ya, and I can usually figure most things out. Give me a text or call for your next remodel!

Customer said they had a neighbor dog problem. He said his dogs and the neighbor dogs can see each other through the fence and it starts fights. He didn’t want the dogs to be able to get so close. Well I took care of that issue and he said it hasn’t been this peaceful. Small,large, hard or easy I can usually get it done for ya.

Customer stated it’s time for a change out. I fully understood the assignement and got to it. We made it a little thicker on the concrete slab, covered all supports with joist tape and slapped some 2x6 on top. Should get many many more years out of this one!

This one was a little bit more then normal. The termites got in the bottom wall of the screen room and used the railing underside as a highway. The damage was so extensive that we decided to completely replace the three walls. Finished in screen tight system with small insect(gnat) screening and a beautiful PCA screen door I think the customer was very excited. Hope ya get a lot of use out of it y’all!!

Just saying, keep you eyes out for anything weird on the walls. Jagged lines under the paint. Wrinkly base boards, holes developing. They eat quick so be on the look out termites are no joke.
