Meet the Team: Anthony Stivalo 👋
Anthony’s story with Ultimate Aire Systems started long before his official title.
At just 10 years old, he was riding along with his uncle, Jeffrey Clapp, visiting job sites and getting a firsthand look at the industry. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a passion. By high school, he was spending his summers in the field—learning everything from installation to service and repair, building a strong foundation as a technician.
He went on to attend Seton Hall University for finance, all while continuing to work hands-on with the company. After graduating, he expanded his experience into sales and finance, gaining a deeper understanding of both the business and customer side of the industry.
His career then led him to Carrier Northeast, where he played a key role in opening their fourth New Jersey location as a Branch Manager. From there, he moved into the corporate side of the business, working as a Sales Design Engineer before advancing to Commercial Account Manager and Sales Engineer across the New York/New Jersey metro market. But no matter how far his career took him, his roots always stayed close to home.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on the family business, Anthony brought his experience, leadership, and industry knowledge back to Ultimate Aire Systems. Today, he serves as Director of Sales and Marketing—helping lead the company into its next chapter while staying true to the values it was built on.
