This space in the family room felt odd and out of place to my client and she didn’t like the outdated faux finish/ texture on the moulding (of all places). It was too expensive to rip out, so we decided to instead feature it by adding some bold color and drenching everything, even the cabinetry, for a more cohesive finished look. I love the way it turned out!
