While our projects often involve major renovations and new home construction, we also excel in smaller-scale projects such as interior and exterior make-overs, additions and other remodeling. Occasionally, we have been involved
with Lake Home Projects outside the Greater Metro. The Company is a family owned business run by its owners, Mark and Denise Warren. Mark has been in the Residential Construction Industry since 1980, where for 6 years he was involved in Project and Regional Management for a nation-wide Home Building Firm. In the late 80’s he was President of a local Custom Home Building Firm. In 1990, he and Denise started their own company, Mark Warren Homes, primarily building Custom Homes and developing small land parcels in the Western Twin City area. In 1998 the focus shifted towards Renovation and Remodeling of Existing Homes and Homebuilding on Client-owned Lots, and as a result, Warren Home Restorations was formed. Over the 14 years since then we have continued to refine our process and our goals, always striving to incorporate new Building Technologies, Methodologies and Design Elements that enable us to produce superior results for our growing family of Homeowners. Our work has consistently been featured in both Local and National Magazines and we have received several Awards from Professional Organizations.
