We just finished up with this beautiful beadboard ceiling and painting job. Wow did this one take a lot of work for this beautiful end result. What a great Do-It-All Devaney Home Services team effort I couldn't be happier with the project or my crew. This was another hit out of the ball park home run. It started with a popcorn ceiling throughout a 1,100 ft² downstairs of a house. We demoed all the old popcorn ceiling sheetrock then we installed pre-primed engineered tongue and groove beadboard then painted it two coats with Ben more regal we then installed new trim all the way around the ceiling. We also patched all the walls and painted everything the same color with Benjamin Moore throughout the downstairs. It really brightens the place up and gives it a Victorian home feel. We never installed beadboard on ceilings before but when it's finished it looks really nice but a painting it was time consuming for sure with all those beads. This took me and my crew 3 weeks and I couldn't be happier with the end result. This is a very expensive material we used on the ceilings so I wanted it to come out perfect like it did The stuff went together like butter very different from regular pine tongue and groove. We also did a deep clean of the downstairs removing all dust and putting furniture back in its place while cleaning all surfaces and mopping floors. We used RAM board on the floors for protection throughout the job it is a little bit of money to do but it protects the floors through the construction process and come out perfect when removing the RAM board. These are new customers during this process they rented a place in Connecticut while the work was being completed. I just want to thank them for instilling the trust in me and confidence to do the work while they were not here. It made it much easier and I can't wait till they see it. They're going to be blown away. They've already stated they've have a bunch more work that needs to be done. Do-It-All Devaney Home Services we make ugly popcorn ceilings go away.

Feast your eyes on this beautiful fence job we just finished up in Newport Vermont. This is just not a fence anybody can install this is a carpenters fence many angles and compound angles. This is one of the longest fences we've built over the years, this is the 4th of this style fence we built in the area. The deck section is 4 ft tall and the yard section is 5 ft tall fencing. Every 4x4 is cemented into the ground 2 ft and all hidden fasteners using the kreg jig. Basically the wire fence is sandwiched between a pressure treated 2x4 and 1x4 pressure treated boards basically picture frame between the posts. This is a new customer and a super happy customer with more projects on the way. A lot of work went into this fence and it's a expensive fence because of the materials used and craftsmanship that went into this. But a its strong good looking long lasting fence it is. Just finished this job where it was redecking a existing deck with composite decking new stairs and railings going down also a little lattice work. We also took the old shingle caps off and replaced them with new Cobra vents and Owings Corning shingle caps. Happy customers new customers with more projects to come. When we say we do it all that's because we do it's in our name.

We just finished this beautiful job where there was only one entryway to the upstairs apartment so we took out a window installed a door and built this beautiful staircase. A lot of work went into this job as you could see digging was challenging but nothing we couldn't handle or seen before. Now it's a safe entrance or egress fo the customer. We just finished this job up for Duane's Auto clinic where we raised a section of his ceiling up 32 in so he could lift trucks and cars up higher while doing an alignment or work on. Before they had to sit on a creeper stool and be hunched over to work not anymore now they have 32 more inches of clearance to work. The hole was 9 ft x 7 ft and was engineered trusses. We used our in-house engineer to come up with a plan on cutting them trusses and bracing them properly then we finished off with sheetrock mud and tape then insulated in the trusses above the sheetrock. They only wanted two coats of mud and not to finish because it's a garage and will probably get dinged up here and there. Happy customer happy chief and that's the way we like it. Just finished this day job making insulated inserts to access storage area on the sides of this room. Before this they were using foam and tape to close the area from the cold and was a pain to remove and put back when needing something not no more easy in and out . I did the tounge and groove on the walls and built those barn siding doors about 5 years ago and everything looks great still. There is weather stripping behind the inserts so they are air tight. Happy customers. Do-it-all Devaney Home Services keeps the cold out.

Just finished this Bear of a project it was a grant job so not alot of funding with a massive amount of labor and materials. We we ran out of funds looking like this but I'm happy and proud with what we got accomplished in the little time and money we had. This place when we started was rough and very rotted and had fire damage to start. The job was to demo a 2 story 20x14 building addition and save the house part. The demo area had fire damage and rot which was pulling the other building down. We had to demo this piece by piece for safety and to protect the othe building. We burned 95% of everything just 3 dump truck loads to the dump. We got down to studs on the building that we were trying to save. we installed new rock wool insulation a plastic v***r barrier with zip board sheathing with foam board and zip tapped seams and typar house wrap. The rest of the house has no sidding its just typar or tar paper. The beams holding everything up were rotted so bad we replaced them with new pressure treated beams. This is 1000% percent better now from when we started and will last customers lifetime alot warmer and structurally sound and safe. New customer and happy customers. Super proud of my crew on this scary job. Had a state inspector bless everything and got more grant money to skirt around the house in the spring. Do-it-all Devaney Home Services do job most contractors won't do!

Here is a quick project we did Friday for a long time customer and neighbor we built her a set of stairs with hand rail to access the loft. Feast your eyes on this gorgeous fence project we just finished up with. This is the nicest fence we have ever built 500 ft long 65 post 5 gates. Every post is cemented in so it's super strong hog panel fence sandwiched in between pressure treated 2x4 and 1x4 boards. Very difficult fence to build lots of double compound cut here. These are long time customers we have done a bunch of big projects in the past. We appreciate the loyalty and the work. Anybody and everybody would like to have this in there back yard. Round hill fence quoted this job we added over a hundred feet of fence and still beat there price. Do-it-all Devaney Home Services the best in the business and it shows.

We just finished this walk in shower install there was just a toilet and sink in the bathroom. My customer was having a hard time with stairs so we installed this shower with grab bars all the way around with tounge and groove to finish it off. we also installed washer dryer hookups upstairs so he doesn't have to go down the basement also installed a new entry door. All work done in house because we do all phases of the construction process. Happy customer with more projects to come. Do-it-all Devaney Home Services the men the wear many hats.

Finish this shower stall change out job in these rustic cabins at white birch cabins this job was to get it done cheap and simple to keep the cost down. The old shower pan was cracked so it rotted the floor out. New joist and plywood the liquid level under the pan because in 44inches across the room the floor stopped down 2 1/2 in. Installed 2 new toilets and new plumbing for the shower sink and toilet because coper was rotting from the inside out. The doorway into the bathroom is only 22 in so and the whole room was 44in by 6ft so not alot of room the work. But happy customer long time customer. Do-it-all Devaney Home Services gets it done.
