Next project under way. Tear this closet out and blow a hole in the wall to build a shower, LVP throughout the first and 2nd floor with matching stair treads, and add some cabinets in the kitchen for more storage. Hopefully by days end tomorrow I’ll have the van back so I can stop working out of a Jeep Cherokee. Stay tuned, after pics are going to be awesome!

A quick little water damage put back to fill in some time while my van is getting the transmission replaced. Working out of my Yukon and a mini-van has been challenging.
Give me a call or text for all your renovation or remodeling needs.

Before and after of a custom shower I just finished up. Waiting on the glass doors because Lowe’s decided to destroy the box and lose half the parts during the shipping process! As always give me a call if you’re thinking renovation and I’d be happy to come out for a consultation.

It always feels good to finish one up. Took about 6 weeks from start to finish. Minus some time lost for the holidays. Open ceiling painted flat black, mini-split for climate control and dehumidification year round, LVP flooring, recessed lighting, all new electric and re-did all the plumbing to clean up the ceilings. If you’re thinking renovation give me a call, I’d love to help. Matt-267-401-0448

I started this 1000 sq. Ft. Basement exactly 2 weeks ago. Mon thru Fri 8/9 hour days. Just me, no helper or sub-contractors. It’s framed, wired, completely re-plumbed the hot and cold throughout the entire basement to move the pipes into the joist bays, re-located the water heater, moved the HVAC pipe intake and exhaust to increase ceiling height, and completely re-configured the laundry area to clean things up a bit and get it all in the walls instead of in front. 10 days total. Next up is insulation and rock. Stay tuned, this one’s moving fast!

I say this a lot because it’s that important. The details in the “rough” part of the build are huge when it comes to how the finish materials set in place. I took the time to route out a channel to clear the joist hangers on the top plate so it sits tight and flat against the joists. Spaced perfectly so my drywall lines right up with the stairwell sheets. This is the start of a nice little basement. Stay tuned for the progress.
