Just ran up my numbers so far this year since March ive received 180 closed on 120 plus. Think ive had 3 or 5 callbacks. Only one of which was actually a callback. The rest were different problems with the system found after I had power and eveything else needed back to the system for proper operation. Ive done 5 installations on my own. Sold 2 to for the company that im getting all my work from.
I would probably say that around 6 to 12 of these calls were certainly from improper installation of equipment. I always tell my customers its not your system that is wrong or the manufacturing behind your equipment. You could take off every single nameplate of every unit they're all the same its just what special part does that company have patented on their equipment. In that sense a system doesnt just brake. Your chances of getting a Lemon or a bad unit from the manufacturer is slim to none.
The problem with your system isnt the name of the system its either that your ductwork isnt sized right for a balanced system. Quite common in most houses actually. If you had an unfinished basement when house was built and then they finished basement with zoning it out.
I guarantee without a doubt that your airflow to your second floor is nothing because air is lazy and dumping into your basement at an enormous rate thats why its an icebox.

But back to the basics most likely why your having problems with your system is because whoever installed the system didnt take the time needed to correctly install equipment.

Finally all my hard work paid off got a new van a little over a week ago. Big upgrade from the truck that I started out of.

System has a leak in it i wonder where it could be. In this industry your never going to make it by cutting corners like this. Fortunately for the customerpaid everything will be correctly done when completed and guaranteed for life of system.

Compressor change out in Pine CO at the Cruz Inn Drive Thru. Still have to go back tomorrow and weld everything in and finish installing compressor and get unit up and running.

Another service call in the books bad blower motor upon other problems with the system. Its a good time of year to get a tune-up done on your system

Super dirty condensing unit that was making a horrible noise I wonder why. Cottonwood and dirt if your in the country or in a high construction area are the number one killers of condensing units.

Very dirty blowe motor that I had to clean up yesterday bearing about ready to go. REMEMBER TO CHANGE THOSE FILTERS AND INSPECT FOR GAPS IN DUCTWORK.
