The babies are growing so fast and are way bigger than Mama Nugget now. They still know not to mess with her food, though! 🤣

Overdue update on Taters and Gravy! They're now about as big as mama Nugget! These photos are a week or two old, but we're seeing fluffy cheeks now coming in and they've been long since fully accepted by the flock.

Gus Gus has stepped up as their protector while Nugget has resumed laying eggs, and he often runs to them if he's worried about them or calls them over to share snacks. The second photo shows Nugget still snuggling one of her babies despite them being almost her size. Now that her babies are bigger, she's back to being our snuggly girl. ❤️

A little update on Taters and Gravy (baby Nuggets)!!! They're growing so well and Mama Nugget has been doing such an amazing job with them! Even though she's usually the sweetest and cuddliest of the flock, she's been quite a fierce mama lately! ❤️
