Here is a look at building the 3 new condominiums on 1700 North Flagler Drive with the site of the new Ritz Carlton, Olara, and Shoreline, all going to be 350 feet high next to our buildings that are 150 feet high; get ready downtown if the zoning changes!

This house is beautiful

Built in 1961 by the Alexander Construction Company and designed by Dan Palmer and William Krisel, the Morse House exemplifies the clean lines, open spaces, and indoor-outdoor flow that defined Desert Modernism.

Later renovated by Hollywood architect Harold “Hal” Levitt, the home blends architectural precision with a refined sense of glamour. Terrazzo floors flow throughout, connecting living spaces to the poolside patio and iconic swim-up bar.

Design inspiration runs deep here: the Morse House helped shape the look of the “Water House” in Disney's The Incredibles 2, and has been immortalized in the work of artist S**g. It’s no surprise this was the first home in Vista Las Palmas to be named a Class 1 Historic Site.
