A fun little local project earlier this spring. Brand new flip up doors on the produce stand at Valley Market in C**n Valley. The old ones were starting to rot out on the bottom and were getting very heavy to lift open. These ones are a lot lighter and should last for many years! Need something done? Thought for the day. Rain gutters are an important part of your house. This house had none for almost 20 years. There was a deck in front of this patio door also and with the rain coming off the roof it created a mess. The floor was rotted about 24 inches inside the door and needed replacing as well as some of the bottom plate of the wall. Even the siding was rotting away. Now it's as good as new.

A recent door and window replacement in Westby. As you can see the door was in awful shape. I had to completely rebuild the bottom of the opening because of rotten wood. Anyways, its good to go for a good many years. And yes it was cold but the house was empty and with the help of some plastic placed in doorways it worked. On to the next project!

Quick porch post replacement. Old ones were they plain white fiberglass columns. These have a treated 6x6 inside and then a box built to mount the onto. The top is covered with 1x8 cedar. Dramatically changes the look.
