Season Closed: 2025 Landscaping Bookings Are Now Locked In — No Exceptions
As of April 30, all bookings for the 2025 landscaping season are officially closed. If you didn’t secure a spot before the deadline, I won’t be able to accommodate you this year — no exceptions, no last-minute calls. Missed signing a contract with us this year? Not our problem. You are more than welcome to hire out for unprofessional and uninsured child laborers and child groomers (you know who you are).
Let me reiterate: I operate with integrity, professionalism, and respect for this craft. That means I don’t hire children or teenagers, I don't bend the rules, and I don’t chase down clients. My time, my team, and my equipment are all scheduled and accounted for.
What You Should Know Moving Forward:
Rates Remain Firm.
$150 per hour, per person — This includes everything: skill, licensing, insurance, equipment, and labor.
$1,500 minimum contract — No side gigs. No under-the-table work.
50% non-refundable deposit required — To lock in any future season, that’s the cost of serious business. We don't work for "free" cups of overpriced stale coffee.
Ongoing maintenance (mowing, pruning, seasonal cleanup, etc.) is available only to existing contracted clients. If I didn’t install or design your landscape, I won’t be maintaining it. If you don't have an ongoing contract with us, don't expect us to come calling you for work.
Maintenance is offered on a scheduled basis only, for those that can afford it— weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the season. One-off cleanup requests, emergency fixes, or unplanned drop-ins will not be accepted. Your dog p**p is not our problem.
Looking to 2026?
Pre-booking for next season may open later this year. If you want to be considered, plan ahead. Respect the process. Respect the deadline.
