Customer had some facia rotting from ice dam forming in the valley and getting water behind the gutter. Got the gutter down and the facia replaced then painted then gutter back up and installed heating wires to stop any more ice dams from forming.

Home owner tried to replace the seats and springs on his leaking shower sometimes the hard water makes it difficult or sometimes impossible to remove and while trying to remove the cap he twisted the manifold and it started leaking got him a new delta (which has a lifetime warranty) hooked up and now hes all set.

Found this sewer vent that the snow had broke off before these snow stops were installed. Sliding snow can damage to pipes and flashings and hurt people if not installed got the pipe repaired and new boot installed. Note i did not install snow stops here just fixed the broken pipe and cleaned off caulking and replaced with new silicon boot.
