Integrity, honesty, reliability: They all seem to be a thing of the past in the fence construction business. Part of the blame, I believe, stems from what I like to call the "lowest cost" factor.
I can't tell you how many times I am told that a person will be going with the lowest bid. It makes me wince when I hear it. What they fail to realize is that while they may cut the upfront cost, they'll most likely pay more in the long run, sometimes a whole lot more.
We find many homeowners move within one year & never see how their fence has held up in 3 to 5 years. With this in mind, fence contractors are pushing substandard materials in hopes of being the lowest bid.
I myself understand budgeting & pinching pennies. Through experience, I've learned that there are times when the best buy really is the best buy & others when it is better to pay a little more upfront rather than have to pay for the consequence! We'd love to give you a Free Estimate.
