Balcony upgrade for a repeat client. Demoed the damaged subfloor & rails, repaired the subfloor, installed cement board, water sealed over cement board, tiled with expansion joint, stained and installed new ceder railing.

This is the most recent bathroom remodel I’ve done. I did demo of old tub, shower and slate tile floor and updated to this custom design porcelain and and glass mosaic walk in shower. I’ve been using Schluter Systems for all my shower remodels for the past year and this is the way to go.

Some more carpentry work from huge project I’ve been working at in Westlake. Crew and I removed and replaced 4 - 16ft ceder beams, added 6 4x6 solid ceder beams and wrapped the fur-down with textured white pine. Stain was done by painter crew that has been at house as long as I’ve been here. This huge project has challenged us in many ways but it’s almost done. Thanks to client for trusting us in doing what she envisioned.
