Freshened up this basement floor with some Armor Gray epoxy and silver metallic flakes, topped off with clear gloss sealer. Unfortunately the metallic flakes don't show up as well in pics as they do in person.

Customer already had this one framed and drywall hung. We came in and did the tape and mud work. Added some recessed lighting, hung a new door, primed and painted, and blacked out the ceiling. Flooring and trim to come later.

Before and after. Tore out soffit above tub to make ceiling all one height, really opened it up. Had some very bad rot on window wall. Some rotted subfloor and a busted toilet fl**ge. Customer made excellent choices to bring this bathroom back to life. New led exhaust fan with color changing lights and a built-in Bluetooth speaker. Vanity mirror that lights up and has 2 built-in outlets and 2 usb ports for keeping your trimmers charged and the best part about it, a built-in defogger to keep your mirror clear. I absolutely love this one myself.
