Unprecedented rain 🌧️ Check your gutters and make sure downspouts are draining away from the foundation. We’ve had numerous customers with interior water seepage resulting in damage and mold issues from overflowing, clogged gutters along w/ downspouts not being directed properly. Here to help to guide to make sure this doesn’t happen to you!

Our customer on the Cape had a flood that caused lots of damage💦- UGH!

Pleased to report since we finished the renovation, they have been enjoying a complete overhauled first floor. Here's a couple of shots of the new kitchen (expanded with more storage) along with new floors.

Friendly Homeowner Tip: Proper Labeling for Electrical Panels

In the Northeast, we have lots of older houses - and even in newer homes our electrical panels (AKA Circuit breakers/breaker boxes/fuse boxes) evolve and grow.

It's good to have your electrical box labeled properly. This will save you time when needed - and allow for added safety for you an any contractor doing work in your home.

NEVER RELY purely on the label as written. Always test with a voltage meter even if you think power is off.

Here's two panels in the last month that we've been able to work with the customer to help properly ID circuit breakers for the homes they have recently taken ownership of.
