Are you a motivated, physically fit young person looking to jump into a rewarding hands-on trade? We’re a growing local fence contracting business seeking someone ready to learn the skills of professional fence installation—from digging posts and setting rails to building custom wood, vinyl, chain-link, and more.
No prior experience required—we’ll train you step-by-step under experienced pros. If you’re hardworking, reliable, and enjoy outdoor work that keeps you active, this is your chance to start earning good money right away while building a solid career.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with site prep, measuring, digging post holes, mixing concrete, and installing fences/gates
• Learn to read plans, use tools/power equipment safely, and deliver high-quality results
• Work on residential and commercial jobs around Western New York
What We’re Looking For:
• Age 18+ (recent high school graduates encouraged!!)
• Valid driver’s license a big plus (for getting to job sites)
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn fast
• Physically capable of manual labor (lifting, carrying, outdoor work in various weather)
• Reliable transportation to job sites
