This gate had been through A Lot! The rest of the fence was old but OK so I removed the original Latch Post that was mounted to the home and mounted the new one properly into the concrete and built my client a nice, solid replacement.

I ended up having to pick up where someone else left off, starting over with an old patch from a plumbing repair.

A few photos of a playset assembly. This was a pretty big project—I started by transplanting a large clutch of irises, removing several large shrubs and pruning back a few more to make room. Then I tilled the ground and leveled it and brought in 7 yards of natural mulch to ensure the proper depth for cushioning. Next came the building of the small perimeter retaining wall and then the assembly. This was a LOT of work but I’m pleased with the results!
