My former cookware dealer introduced us to this new cookware line, the Professional Platinum. Heavier than my current cookware due to thicker metal layers. What attracts me to this cookware, although it's heavier, is how easy it is to clean without a stainless steel cleaner and its price (cheaper than my current cookware). And their degreaser (I always degrease all my meats to remove unwanted fat) is larger and deeper than my current one.
