Just finished this project in Wheeling. Complete gut and remodel. Jacked up and leveled the floor joists, replaced the subflooring, new tub, tile, floor along with all the fixtures.

My son and I removed carpet, pad and tack strips. Installed new flooring, baseboards and shoe mouldings.

This is a rental unit that was neglected for years but we're bringing it back to life.

One of my customers will be opening a cafe in the spring. The idea is to make the ceiling disappear by painting it black so the new lighting will have a floating effect.
The new drywall has been primed and painted along with the cinderblock. I painted the beam with a Pantone color to match one of the colors in their logo.

This job is in the city, new cement board , tile, stair nose, oak base and shoe. Almost done.
